C'est La Vie

I've always wondered on how common common since is. In my opinion common cents is one of the best tools we have. It really makes our lives so much better if we follow it. So I guess the big question is why do people do the things they do. In America we consider ourselves to be free but the truth is that everyone is free. You can do anything that you want. I'm going to let that sink in for a second. That's right I said it, You can do anything you want! Let me modify that statement a little because of course we can't go to Mars right now or travel back in time but within the laws of physics we can do anything we want. If your a space traveler or a time traveler I hope I didn't offend you but if I wanted to I could because it is within the laws of physics and I have the technology to do it. In a world without morals or judgment the one thing that keeps a person from doing something is common scents. To look at a situation and say I really want to do that but its not worth the consequences is really all common sense is. If you are OCD you are really mad at me right now, so I'll stop missing with you. If you don't know what I'm talking about that's ok just press on.

Just to be fair there are some people that don't have common sense. Yes I'm being serious. Its has been proven that some people do not have the ability to derive that if I do A then B will happen and Then because of B most likely C will happen also. There are several reasons for this but the most common is that the mother was a alcoholic or drug user while she was pregnant but I'm sure that there are several other reasons this could happen. Then of course there is other things that limit common sense also. In the case of a pregnant women drinking their is even a physical trait that some of the people have. I'm not going to tell you what it is because I don't want you telling your partner that you think you know what's wrong with them.

So If most of us have common sense then why is the world so crazy. Want is what drives most of it. So lets do this. We are walking down the street and we see a bank. I've already established that we can do whatever we want. So why don't more banks get robbed. Because most people that have common sense know that if they rob a bank They could go to jail, get shot, or kill someone else. so we way (Hehe)  those factors and push it from our minds. If you say you've never thought about taking money that doesn't belong to you your either a saint or full of crap. A lot of people have strong morals and love to be nice and would never consider hurting someone else. So for these people just knowing it's wrong is enough to keep them from doing it but that's still common sense.

Lets go back to want. People confuse want and need a lot these days. We hear people all the time saying I can't live without this or that but the truth is if its not food water or shelter you can live without it. Common Sense is one of the keys to making our lives so much easier but in the long run a lot of people just can't help themselves or don't want too.

So I'll will give you a morsel of common sense that will help you if you choose to use it but if not C'est la vie. Don't ever start a blog because it takes up a lot of time. Thanks for reading.
