Her eyes so bright in the winter night, searching for her only flight. Taking angle to his flight, she cuts him off in the morning light. In her arms he does lay maybe surviving another day. Gently lying him to ground, ear to chest waiting for sound. Raspy breath he does breath, seeing angels in the trees. closing eyes to stop the leak, tears stream down her blushing cheeks. Crying out into the night, demons running at the sight. Hanging head of despair, shaking her entangled hair. Eyes fly open at the sound, heart in chest begins to pound. Angels fade from his view as life take hold all anew. Running flashes through his mind, lingering words from her sweet kind. Loving hand he does take, warming heart she does make. Peering into her deep eyes, crying, laughing on the rise. Pulling her close to his lips, her touching his with a dip. After a while they wipe the tears shoving back their deepest fears, He may make it another night only if she stops his flight.
